No group matches that search. Ask in Live Chat and the team checks the current list for that channel or language.
The finder shows groups, not channel names: those names and logos are the broadcasters' property, and the feeds inside a group change now and then. After one particular channel? Ask in Live Chat and an agent checks today's list.
Inside each group
What is in each Canadian IPTV channel group?
Each group gathers channels of one kind or one region, so the remote takes you straight to what you watch. Here is what the main ones hold.
Canadian sports in English and French
Hockey, football, basketball, baseball, soccer and curling fill the English sports group; Quebec gets a French group with French play-by-play. Game rights in Canada are divided among national and regional networks, so check the guide to find where a game airs. More in IPTV for sports fans.
News
National and 24-hour Canadian news shares a group with weather and business coverage. American news sits in the US group.
Local stations by region
Local groups follow the map, from St. John's and Halifax to Calgary and Vancouver. Open yours for the six o'clock news and the weather where you live.
Quebec French content
Quebec news, variety, téléromans and drama sit together, next to French sports and French kids channels. Francophones in Ottawa, Moncton or Saint-Boniface use the same groups; see French channels on IPTV.
Kids and family
Animated series, preschool programs and shows the whole family can share, in both languages, plus a lifestyle group for documentaries, food, travel and music.
Movies and series on demand
The 250,000+ titles sit under Movies and Series in your app. Series come in full seasons you can pause and resume.
US networks
American networks and cable channels, handy for talk shows, news and US sports.
4K Ultra HD
A separate group carries 4K streams, mostly sports and films, when the source broadcast is in 4K. Each 4K screen wants roughly 25 Mbps that does not dip.
PPV and fight nights
Boxing, MMA, wrestling and special events get their own group, usually filled close to the date, with start times in the guide.
World languages
World-language groups run from Punjabi and Mandarin to Tagalog, Arabic, Spanish and Ukrainian; the table below sorts them. Statistics Canada's 2021 Census release on languages shows how many homes here use a language other than English or French.
Guide and replay
How do the TV guide and catch-up work?
The TV guide (EPG) shows what is on now and next on each channel, and catch-up replays shows that already aired on channels that support it. Both load from your login in apps such as TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro.
The guide view is a grid: channels down the side, hours across the top. Shows an hour or more out of step mean the app reads the wrong time zone; move the EPG time offset setting by the gap. A guide that goes blank after a few days is covered in our EPG refresh fix.
Catch-up channels carry a small clock or rewind mark in most apps. Scroll back in the guide, choose something that has already aired, then press Play. Each channel sets its own replay window.
Favourites
How to find and favourite a channel in your app
Search by name, then add the channel to Favourites with a long press. Five minutes of setup leaves you with a short list of the channels you watch.
Open Live TV and search
Choose Live TV, then the magnifying glass. Type part of a name or a city; results appear as you type.
Long-press the channel
Hold OK on the remote, or press and hold on a phone, and pick Add to Favourites. Labels vary a little between app versions.
Hide groups you never open
Most apps let you hide whole groups in settings. The TiviMate setup guide shows where.
Put Favourites first
Where the app allows it, move the Favourites group to the top so the TV opens on your own channels.
Packages
Full Channels or English Channels Only?
Choose Full Channels if anyone at home watches in French or another language, and English Channels Only if you want a shorter English list that is quicker to scroll. Both cost the same, both include the TV guide, and you pick one at checkout.

Questions
IPTV channel questions
How many channels does IPTV Jacom have?
IPTV Jacom carries 55,000+ live channels and 250,000+ movies and series on demand. The live total counts every feed, so one channel can appear in more than one picture quality, and world-language channels make up a large share. Most homes live in the Canadian, French, sports and local groups.
Are Canadian local channels part of the list?
Yes. There are local groups for the Toronto area, the national capital region, Montreal and Quebec City, British Columbia, the two big Alberta cities, the Prairies and the Atlantic provinces, mostly for local news and weather. Town not named anywhere? Live Chat can tell you which group carries the stations closest to you.
Can I see the whole channel list before I pay?
Yes, in two ways. The finder on this page searches by sport, city or language, and the free 24-hour trial opens the complete live list in your own app, with no card. Channel names are not printed on the site, because the lineup inside each group shifts as feeds are added or replaced.
Are the channels in English and French?
Many categories exist in both languages. Sports have an English group and a separate French group, family channels mix both, and Quebec news, variety and drama are in French. Picking English Channels Only drops the French groups, so a bilingual home should go with Full Channels at checkout.
Why is a channel missing or not loading?
A missing or frozen channel usually comes back after a refresh. In the app settings, reload the playlist and the EPG, then restart the app. Swapped feeds can also move a channel to a new spot inside its group. Still gone? Send its name in Live Chat and an agent checks.
