The trial

How does the 24-hour IPTV trial work?

The 24-hour IPTV trial is a temporary login with the whole paid service behind it: live channels, on-demand shelves and the TV guide, for one day, at no cost.

What the trial includes

Nothing is held back. Sports, French and local groups, world languages, 4K streams and the movie and series sections are all open. Skim the channel categories first, so you know which groups to open.

One trial per household

We count one home, not one device. A new email address or a second TV does not earn a second trial, so test on the screen you watch most.

When the clock starts

The 24 hours begin the moment your trial line goes live, not at your first tap in the app. Ask in the early afternoon so the evening falls inside your window. Anything sent after midnight Eastern waits for the 9 a.m. shift.

Requesting

How do I request a free IPTV trial in Canada?

Fill in the form at the top of this page, or type "free trial" in Live Chat. A support agent then sends your login by email and in the chat, every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET, wherever you live in Canada.

  1. Send the request

Use the form or Live Chat. Give an email address you check and a mobile number with its area code, and pick your test device so the reply includes the right setup notes.

  2. Install a player app while you wait

Most people use IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. The installation guides cover each device, from the Fire TV Stick setup to Samsung and LG TVs, so your 24 hours go to watching.

  3. Watch your inbox and the chat

Your details arrive in one of three forms: an Xtream Codes set (a username, a password and a server address), a single M3U link, or a portal address for a MAG or Formuler box. Nothing yet? Check the spam folder, then the chat.

  4. Sign in and start testing

Type the details exactly as sent, capital letters included. On the first sign-in, give the app a minute to pull in every channel and the guide data.

Testing

What should you test during the free trial?

Test five things: the busiest evening hour, a live game, the TV guide time zone, your real Wi-Fi and one question to support. Those decide whether IPTV suits your home; menus and a big channel number matter far less.

Five tests for your 24-hour IPTV trial
TestWhen to run itWhat a pass looks like
Busiest evening hour8 to 10 p.m., your local timeA Full HD channel plays for half an hour with no pauses, while the whole street is streaming.
A live gameDuring a game you care aboutFast play stays sharp. A short delay behind a cable feed is normal for any stream.
TV guide time zoneAny time, in the guide viewThe show on screen matches its guide entry. If the guide runs hours off, change the EPG time offset in the app.
Your real Wi-FiOn the TV you will keep usingThe TV plays cleanly in its usual room. A phone beside the router proves very little.
One support questionDuring support hoursA person in Live Chat answers clearly, in English or in French.

After the trial

What happens after the free trial ends?

The trial login stops working when the hours run out. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel, because you never gave a card. Choose a plan or let it end; both are fine with us.

If it worked well: choose a plan

A single screen costs $20 CAD for a month, or $80 for a full year; the IPTV subscription plans board shows every option. Payment is one Interac e-Transfer from your bank app, and your paid login normally lands 10 to 30 minutes later while support is open.

If its details differ from the trial, swap them in the same app; nothing needs reinstalling. New customers also get the 7-day refund policy.

If it did not suit you: let it end

No bill to stop, no account to close. If something failed, tell Live Chat what it was. Sometimes it is one setting, and sometimes IPTV is simply the wrong fit. The usual signs:

  • Evening speed tests show less than about 10 Mbps.
  • Your home runs on satellite internet that has a tight data cap.
  • The TV reaches Wi-Fi through several walls and a floor, and a cable is not an option.

Questions

Free IPTV trial questions

What people ask before they send the request form.

Is there a catch with the free IPTV trial?

No. The trial is $0 and no card is ever entered, which leaves nothing to bill later. You send a name, an email address, a mobile number and your province, the team replies with a login, and after 24 hours it stops by itself. What it really costs you is one evening of testing on your own TV.

When will my trial login arrive?

Agents work through trial requests in the order they arrive whenever support is open (every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET). Your login is emailed and also posted in Live Chat. Something sent at 2 a.m. waits until the team starts at 9. Still empty after that? Look in the spam or promotions folder, then message Live Chat and quote the email address from your form.

Can my household have another trial later?

No. Trials are limited to one per home, and a fresh email address or another device does not count as a new home. Need longer to decide? The usual next step is the 1 month plan at $20 CAD. First-time buyers can still ask for their money back within 7 days under the refund policy if the streams disappoint.

Does the trial include sports, French channels and 4K?

Yes. The trial opens the full list: English and French Canadian sports, Quebec French channels, local stations, world-language groups and 4K streams, plus the movie and series library. A 4K stream appears only when the broadcast itself is in 4K, and that TV needs roughly 25 Mbps that holds steady.

Will the trial turn into a paid subscription?

No. A trial never becomes a paid plan by itself, because IPTV Jacom holds no card or bank details. When the hours run out, the login stops. To keep watching, you choose a plan, send one Interac e-Transfer and receive a paid login. If you do nothing at all, nothing happens.

Watch tonight, decide tomorrow

Ask for your login now, install your app while you wait, and run the evening test on the TV you really use. If it holds up, a plan is one Interac e-Transfer away. If not, it simply ends.
