Who is the English IPTV package for?

The English package is for homes where everyone watches in English and wants to find a channel in a few presses of the remote. It is the same service as the full list, only shorter.

A list of 55,000+ channels is a strength when your family speaks four languages. It is a chore when all you want is the evening news, the hockey game and a cooking show. For an English-only home, the hard part is usually finding things, not missing things.

So the English package keeps the groups an anglophone household actually opens and leaves the rest out. The guide is shorter, the favourites fill up with the right channels, and nobody lands in a Tamil movie channel while looking for the weather.

It works well for a parent or grandparent who is new to streaming, for a basement suite or a cottage TV, and for anyone who left cable because of the bill, not because they wanted more channels.

What does the English Channels Only list include?

The English list keeps 10 English-language groups: national and local Canadian channels, English sports, US networks, and family and lifestyle channels. It leaves out French, Quebec and world-language television.

Why choose a shorter IPTV channel list?

A shorter list is quicker to scroll, easier to learn and lighter on older streaming sticks. The picture and the stability are exactly the same as on the full package.

Scrolling is the hidden cost of a huge list. On a remote with a four-way pad, every extra group is another dozen presses, and the on-screen guide has to load data for every channel it shows. With fewer channels, apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate usually open the guide faster, especially on a first-generation Fire TV Stick or an older smart TV with little memory.

05 · Ordering

How to order the standard IPTV service

Four steps and about two minutes: choose a plan, add your details, send one Interac e-Transfer, and your login reaches you by email or WhatsApp.

  1. Choose how long and how many screens

    Set the number of TVs that play at once with the tabs, then press Get this plan on the length you want. Checkout opens with English Channels Only already ticked.

  2. Fill in three details

    Your full name, your email address and your mobile number. Tick First-time customer, or Extend subscription if you already have a login with us, then continue to the payment screen.

  3. Pay from your own bank app

    Send an Interac e-Transfer using the Copy buttons for the recipient, the email, the amount and the order number. The order number goes in the message field.

  4. Watch for your login

    It comes by email or WhatsApp, usually 10 to 30 minutes after the transfer lands during support hours. Type it into your app once and your English list is ready.

Standard IPTV service questions

Questions English-only households ask before they pick the shorter list.

Is the standard IPTV package cheaper than the premium one?

No, both packages cost the same: $20 CAD for one month on one screen and $80 for twelve. The English Channels Only package is not a cut-price tier. It exists because a shorter list is easier to use when nobody at home watches in another language. If you want everything for the same money, the premium Full Channels package is the other choice.

Does the English package include Canadian sports?

Yes. The Canadian sports networks in English are part of the English list, along with US networks and the fight-night and special-event group. French-language sports channels are not, because they sit in the French groups. Broadcast rights for a team change by league and season, so search the channel list for the game you care about before the night itself.

Can I add French or world-language channels later?

Yes. At your next renewal choose Full Channels at checkout and pick Extend subscription, and the extra groups appear on the same login. If you need them sooner, ask in Live Chat with your username. The price stays the same either way, because both packages are on one price table.

Does the free trial show the English list?

The free 24-hour trial uses the full channel list. The English package is that same list with the French and world-language groups taken out, so every English channel you watch during the trial is also in the English package. Use the trial to check your local station, your sports channel and the guide on your own TV.

Is the English package a good choice for older parents?

It is often the best one. Fewer groups means fewer wrong turns with the remote, and the favourites list can hold the five or six channels they watch every day. Set it up for them with the installation guide for their TV, and they can call (905) 878-2725 or open Live Chat during support hours if something looks different.

How many TVs can use the standard IPTV service?

Install the app on as many devices as you like. The plan limits how many play at the same moment, from 1 to 5 screens. One login on the living-room TV and a bedroom TV playing at the same time needs a 2-screen plan, which is $130 CAD for twelve months.
