The price on each plan card is the full amount you send. There is no activation charge, no box rental and nothing added at checkout, so a 12 months plan for one screen is $80 CAD, and that is the last thing you pay until you decide to extend. The same prices apply in every province and territory; IPTV Canada coverage runs on one login from St. John's to Victoria. New to IPTV? Test the service with the free 24-hour trial first; it uses the same channel list as a paid plan.

02 · Included

What every IPTV plan includes

Every plan, from 1 month to 12 months, gets the same service. Only the length and the number of screens change.

  • 55,000+ live channels, up to 4K
  • 250,000+ films and series to stream any time
  • Program guide with catch-up where the channel supports it
  • Backup streams on the busiest game nights
  • Canadian, Quebec and world-language channel groups
  • Smart TV, Fire TV, Android, Apple and computer apps
  • Help in English or French by Live Chat
  • Paid once, no contract, never auto-renewed

Two channel packages, same price

At checkout you choose Full Channels or English Channels Only. Full Channels is the complete list: Canadian, French, sports, local, world-language and on-demand groups. English Channels Only is a shorter list that is quicker to scroll with a remote. Both cost the same and both come with the TV guide. The channel list by category shows what each group holds.

Three login types

Your login arrives as Xtream Codes (a username, a password and a server address), as an M3U playlist link, or as a portal address plus your MAC address for MAG and Formuler boxes. Apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate take the Xtream Codes details in about a minute; the installation guides walk through every device we support.

Picture quality

Channels stream in HD and Full HD, and in 4K where the broadcast itself exists in 4K. A Full HD stream needs about 10 Mbps of steady internet and a 4K stream about 25 Mbps, so nearly every home plan in Canada is enough for one or two screens. If a 4K channel still looks soft, the checklist for a sharper 4K picture goes through the HDMI port, cable and TV mode.

03 · Screens

How do screens work on an IPTV subscription?

A screen is one device playing at the same moment as another. Install the app on every TV, phone and tablet you own; the screen count only limits how many of them play at once.

One login works on all your devices. With a 1-screen plan, the living-room TV plays the game while the app sits installed but idle on your phone. The moment a second device starts a stream on a 1-screen plan, the first one stops. So count how many play together on a normal evening, not how many TVs are in the house.

A couple who watch together need 1 screen. A family with a living-room TV and a second one for the kids needs 2. Teenagers with their own tablets usually push a home to 3. A cottage or a parent's place in another city can share the same login; count it as a screen only if it plays at the same time as home. The answer on IPTV for multiple devices covers the edge cases, such as what happens when a stream is left paused.

12 Months plan: what each screen count works out to (CAD)
ScreensTotal per yearPer monthPer screen
1 screen$80 CAD per year$6.67 per month$6.67 per screen per month
2 screens$130 CAD per year$10.83 per month$5.42 per screen per month
3 screens$180 CAD per year$15.00 per month$5.00 per screen per month
4 screens$230 CAD per year$19.17 per month$4.79 per screen per month
5 screens$280 CAD per year$23.33 per month$4.67 per screen per month

04 · Compare

Which IPTV plan length costs the least per month?

The 12 months plan costs the least per month: $6.67 CAD on one screen, which is 67% less than paying month by month. The table works out every plan length the same way.

Per-month cost of each plan length for 1 screen, in Canadian dollars
Plan lengthTotal, 1 screenWorks out toCompared with 1 monthGood for
1 Month$20 CAD$20.00 per monthReference priceA first paid month after the trial, or one big event
3 Months$30 CAD$10.00 per month50% less per monthA school term, a winter, or one season of a sport
6 Months$50 CAD$8.33 per month58% less per monthMost of a hockey season: start in October, run to the end of March
12 Months$80 CAD$6.67 per month67% less per monthReplacing a cable or satellite bill for good

The figures come straight from the plan cards, so they always match checkout. Per-month amounts are the total divided by the number of months; you still pay the whole amount once, at the start. A longer plan is a bigger single transfer, so if $80 at once does not suit this month, the 3 months or 6 months plan is a fair middle ground.

05 · Payment

How to pay for your IPTV subscription by Interac e-Transfer

Paying takes about two minutes in your own bank app. Checkout shows the recipient, the exact amount and your order number with Copy buttons; you send the e-Transfer; your login arrives by email and in Live Chat.

  1. Pick your plan and your screens

Choose your devices with the tabs above, then tap Get this plan. Checkout opens with that plan length and screen count already selected. Choose Full Channels or English Channels Only, then First-time customer or Extend subscription.

  2. Add your details

Type your name, email address and mobile number, then press Continue to payment. The email is where your login goes; the mobile number lets the team find you in Live Chat.

  3. Copy the three things your bank needs

The next screen shows the recipient name and email, the exact amount in CAD and your order number, each with a Copy button. The recipient only appears here, at checkout, so copy it from the page rather than from memory.

  4. Send the e-Transfer from your bank app

Open your bank app, choose Send money by Interac e-Transfer, add the recipient as a new contact with the copied email, paste the amount, paste the order number into the message field and send.

  5. Tap I have sent the payment, then watch for your login

The team matches the order number to your transfer and sends your Xtream Codes or M3U login by email and in Live Chat, usually within 10 to 30 minutes during support hours. Enter it in your app and start watching.

Interac e-Transfer is the system behind the Send money screen in every major Canadian bank app and most credit unions; Interac explains how an e-Transfer works on its own site. We use it because the price stays in Canadian dollars, the money comes from your own bank, and no card number is stored on any website. If a screen in your bank app looks different from the steps above, open Live Chat and describe what you see; an agent answers in English or French.

06 · Policies

Refunds, renewal and the free trial

New customers have a 7-day refund policy, no plan ever renews by itself, and every plan can be tested free for 24 hours before you pay.

7-day refund policy

If the service does not work for you in the first 7 days, ask in Live Chat or by email and the team handles it under the refund policy. It covers new customers on their first order. The usual reasons are an internet line that turns out to be too slow or a device that cannot run the app. We would rather refund than leave you with something that does not work.

No automatic renewal

Your plan ends on its end date and nothing else happens. We never hold a card, so nothing can be charged. If you want to keep watching, buy again and choose Extend subscription at checkout; the new time is added to your existing login, so your favourites and guide settings stay in place.

Free 24-hour trial

Request the free trial before you pay anything. It has the full channel list and the on-demand library, needs no card and is limited to one per household. Use it in the evening on the TV you actually watch, because that is the hardest test the service will face in your home.

Extending later

Existing customers pick any plan length and choose Extend subscription at checkout, with the username they already use. Extend a few days before the end date so there is no gap. A 12 months extension at $80 is the cheapest way to keep one screen going.

07 · Choosing

Which IPTV plan should I pick?

Pick 1 month if this is your first paid month after the trial, 12 months if you are replacing a cable bill for good, and 6 months if you mainly watch one season of sport. Count screens by how many play at once.

  • First paid month: 1 Month at $20. The trial already showed you it works; this is for people who want one more month before committing.
  • Cutting cable for good: 12 Months at $80, about $6.67 a month. Compare that with what you pay now, box rental included.
  • One sport's season: 6 Months at $50. Start it in October and it runs to the end of March; extend for the playoffs if you want them.
  • A term or a winter: 3 Months at $30 suits students and anyone who is not sure where they will be in the spring.
  • Two or more TVs: add screens on any length. Two screens on 12 months is $130, three is $180.

Not sure about your internet? A Full HD stream uses roughly 2 to 3 GB an hour, so a small monthly data cap matters more than raw speed; the answer on how much data IPTV uses has the numbers for HD and 4K.

08 · Questions

IPTV subscription questions

The questions people ask in Live Chat before they order, answered the same way the team answers them.

How much does an IPTV subscription cost in Canada?

An IPTV Jacom subscription costs $20 CAD for 1 month, $30 for 3 months, $50 for 6 months and $80 for 12 months on one screen. Each extra screen that plays at the same time raises the price; the plan cards and the full price table on this page list all 20 prices. Everything is in Canadian dollars, sent once by Interac e-Transfer, with no monthly billing afterward and nothing added at checkout.

Can I pay with a credit card, PayPal or crypto?

No. IPTV Jacom takes Interac e-Transfer only, in Canadian dollars. That keeps the price in CAD with no exchange fee, it works from every major Canadian bank app and most credit unions, and no card number is typed into or stored on this site. If your bank does not offer e-Transfer, say so in Live Chat before you order so nobody wastes time.

Does the IPTV subscription renew automatically?

No. Your plan runs for the months you paid and then stops. There is no card on file, so nothing can be charged without you doing something. To keep watching, buy a new plan a few days before the end date and choose Extend subscription at checkout; the time is added to the same login, so your app, favourites and guide settings stay exactly as they were.

What is the difference between screens and devices?

Screens are how many devices play at the same moment; devices are how many have the app installed. The plan limits screens only. On a 1-screen plan you can install the app on your TV, your phone and a tablet, as long as only one of them is playing at any time. Two TVs on in the evening need a 2-screen plan, three need 3.

How long after paying do I get my login?

Usually 10 to 30 minutes after your e-Transfer, during support hours (every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET). The team matches the order number in your transfer memo, then sends your login by email and in Live Chat. A transfer sent at 1 a.m. is activated first thing in the morning. Setup after that takes about 10 minutes with the installation guides for your device.

What if the service does not work well at my place?

Ask for a refund within 7 days; the refund policy covers new customers on their first order. Before that, try two quick fixes: plug the TV device in with an Ethernet cable, or pick a lower stream quality in the app settings. Most trouble is Wi-Fi reach rather than the service itself. Live Chat helps in English or French every day until midnight Eastern.

Ready to pick a plan?

Pick a plan card, send one Interac e-Transfer from your bank app, and your login arrives by email and in Live Chat. Not sure yet? The free 24-hour trial costs nothing and needs no card.
