Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set the rules between you and IPTV Jacom for browsing iptvjacom.ca, testing the free trial, buying an IPTV subscription and watching with a login we create. Effective 9 October 2026.
1. About these terms and conditions
Placing an order, requesting a trial or pressing play on a login from IPTV Jacom means you accept these terms. They work together with three companion pages: the privacy policy for personal information, the refund policy for money back, and the legal disclaimer for the limits of what we offer. Below, "we" is IPTV Jacom and "you" is whoever orders or watches.
2. What IPTV Jacom provides
A plan from IPTV Jacom is access, not ownership. It is a login that a player app reads to show live channels and on-demand titles over your home internet. Outside providers carry the streams; we neither host the channels nor upload or store recordings of them. What we supply is the account, help with setup, and support until the plan ends. No channel, film or series is sold to you.
3. Who can use the service
Ordering, requesting a trial and chatting with the team are open to adults aged 18 or over who can sign a contract in their province. Your order confirms both. Plans and prices are built for Canadian households. Ordering for a relative, such as a parent, makes you the account holder we deal with, and these terms bind you for that account.
4. Your login, screens and security
A login serves a single household. It can sit on every device you own, yet only as many streams as your plan allows may run together; an extra one can knock another off.
- No reselling a personal login. Selling, renting or lending your login breaks these terms. People who want to sell IPTV apply to our IPTV reseller program instead, which has separate panels and rules.
- Guard the details. Username, password, M3U link, server address and portal details are private. Never post them publicly or pass them to people outside your home.
- What happens on your login is yours. If the details may have leaked, message us in Live Chat and fresh ones are issued.
- Security resets. We sometimes change a password or server address to protect the service, and we send the replacement straight to you.
5. Ordering, payment and activation
Prices appear in Canadian dollars on the IPTV subscription plans page and at checkout. Interac e-Transfer is the sole way to pay. ITLOGY LLC (support@waitly.ca), the payment processor collecting for IPTV Jacom, receives each transfer.
- Order number: checkout issues a code beginning with JAC. Paste it into the transfer's memo field; a transfer without it takes longer to match.
- 48-hour hold: each code is held for 48 hours. No payment in that time means the order lapses, and nothing is owed.
- Activation: after the payment is matched, activation usually takes 10 to 30 minutes during support hours (every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET). Overnight transfers are processed next morning.
- Wrong amount: a transfer that does not match the chosen plan is checked with you before anything is activated.
- No auto-renewal: one payment covers a set number of months. No card stays on file, no second charge follows, and no contract exists. Extending means placing a fresh order and choosing Extend subscription.
6. Free trial terms
The trial runs 24 hours on the complete channel list, free and without payment details. Its purpose is to show how the service behaves on your TV and your connection before money changes hands. Each household gets one, and a repeat request from an address, email, phone number or device that already had a trial may be declined. The trial login expires on its own, leaving nothing to cancel. Ask through the 24-hour free trial page or in Live Chat.
7. Acceptable use
Plans cover personal viewing at home and on your own devices. These are not allowed:
- any use that breaks the law where you live;
- restreaming, rebroadcasting or recording channels for others, or showing them to paying guests at a bar, restaurant, hotel or any other business;
- attempts to break into, overload, scan or copy our systems, the support server or a provider's servers;
- scripts or false identities used to request trials or place orders;
- abusive, threatening or hateful messages to support staff.
8. Third-party content
Live channels, on-demand titles and TV guide (EPG) data all come from outside providers, and IPTV Jacom has no say over what they carry. Channels get renamed, regrouped, swapped or dropped without warning, and guide listings can be wrong. No specific channel, show or event can therefore be promised for a given date. Copyright owners can use the process on our DMCA notice and copyright page.
9. Availability and maintenance
IPTV Jacom targets 99.9% uptime each month; the figure is a goal, not a guarantee. Maintenance sometimes pauses the service briefly. We schedule it for quiet hours where possible and post notice of longer work in Live Chat. Many interruptions start outside our reach: an internet provider, home Wi-Fi, an app update, a power cut or a fault at a provider. Report any outage so the team can tell whether the fault is ours or local.
10. Changes to the service, prices and these terms
Features, supported apps and devices, channel packages and prices may change. Time already paid for keeps the price you paid; a new price starts with your next order or extension. Revised terms carry a new effective date at the top of this page, and each order follows the version in force on the day it was placed.
11. Suspension and termination
Leaving is easy: let the plan expire. Serious breaches allow us to suspend or close a login with no refund. Typical cases are reselling a personal login, wide sharing, dodging the screen limit, a transfer that is later reversed, or abuse of staff. Problems that can be fixed get a warning and time first. Logins named in repeated valid copyright notices fall under the repeat-infringer rule on the DMCA page. Should we close your login through no fault of yours, or shut the service down, the unused months are refunded.
12. Refunds and cancellations
First-time buyers may request a refund within 7 days after their first paid plan is activated, subject to the refund policy. Paid orders not yet activated can be cancelled in full, as the order cancellation steps explain. Trials are free and involve no refund.
13. Limitation of liability and indemnity
The service comes as it is and as available. Where provincial law permits, IPTV Jacom accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, for example a missed match, lost earnings or spending on another service. Its liability for any claim is capped at the price of the plan concerned. Quebec and some other provinces restrict such limits in consumer contracts; there, they apply only within what the law allows, and rights that a contract cannot remove stay intact.
In turn, if your breach of these terms or of the law leads a third party to claim against IPTV Jacom, you cover the reasonable costs, legal fees included, except where our own error caused the claim.
14. Governing law
Canadian federal law and the law of your home province apply to these terms, and the courts of that province hear any dispute we cannot settle between us. Before going that far, send us your order number and a description of the problem so a team member can try to put it right.
15. Contact
Ask about any clause in Live Chat or at help@supportiptv.ca, in English or French. Writing from the email or phone number on your order lets the team pull up your account without delay.
Something in these terms unclear?
Send the clause number through Live Chat and a team member restates it in everyday words. Curious about the service first? The 24-hour trial costs nothing.
