What are the three IPTV login types?
Your login comes as Xtream Codes, an M3U link, or a portal address bound to a box. The app decides which one you use, not the plan.

Choose Xtream Codes whenever the app offers it: channels, films, series and the guide arrive in one pass, and three short fields beat one long link on a remote. Keep the M3U link for playlist-only apps (M3U is a plain-text playlist format). MAG and Formuler owners send the MAC address from the sticker under the box in Live Chat first.

How to install IPTV on any device in five steps
The steps never change from screen to screen. Only the button positions do.
Get your login
Request the free trial or order a plan. Keep the message with your details open on your phone to copy from.
Install a player app
Find the app from the table above in your device’s store. On a Fire TV Stick, Downloader fetches it. MAG and Formuler owners skip ahead.
Enter the login
In IPTV Smarters, tap the Xtream Codes API option. In TiviMate, pick Add playlist and the Xtream Codes type. Copy the server, username and password character for character, capitals and port included.
Let the first load finish
Channels, films, series and the guide download now. Pressing Back halfway is the usual cause of an empty guide.
Test, then tidy
Play a station from your region, confirm the guide shows the right time, mark favourites, and hide language groups you never watch where the app allows it.
Which setup mistakes happen most?
Nearly every failed setup is a typo in the login, not a broken device. Watch for these:
- O for 0, l for I. Look-alike characters; copy from your phone and type slowly.
- A clipped server address. Drop the "http://" or the digits after the colon and nothing loads.
- A trailing space after a pasted password: invisible, and fatal.
- The wrong box. An M3U link typed where Xtream Codes belongs, or the reverse.
- Two streams on a 1-screen plan. The second device to press Play cuts off the first.
A setup step failed: what now?
Stop where it failed, photograph the screen and send the picture in Live Chat with your device and app. An exact error usually gets solved in one reply.
Meanwhile, unplug the device for 30 seconds and reopen the app. Still refused? Delete the saved login and retype it. If channels load but stutter, Wi-Fi is the likelier culprit; the buffering checklist covers that.

IPTV setup questions
Roughly how long will IPTV setup take me?
About 10 minutes on most devices, from opening the app store to the first channel. Fire TV Sticks take a few minutes more because the player arrives through Downloader, and the first guide download adds a minute or two. MAG and Formuler boxes are fastest once their MAC address is registered.
Is IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate better?
TiviMate suits a living-room TV; IPTV Smarters suits a mixed household. As of 2026, TiviMate runs only on Android-based TVs, boxes and Fire TV, has the neater guide grid and keeps several features behind a paid Premium tier. Smarters is free to start and runs on phones, tablets, Apple TV and some Smart TVs. Both read the same Xtream Codes login.
Do I need a box to install IPTV?
No. Many Smart TVs, phones, tablets and computers install a player with no extra hardware. A stick earns its place only when your television's store lacks a good player or its software is sluggish. Our no-box Smart TV answer goes brand by brand.
Can I install IPTV Jacom on more than one device?
Yes. Add the login to as many devices as your household owns. Your plan counts simultaneous streams only, between 1 and 5 depending on what you bought. A 1-screen login can live on the bedroom TV and on your phone; just avoid playing both together.
What if my device is not in the list?
Check what it runs. Sony, TCL and Philips Google TVs and unbranded Android boxes follow the Android TV guide. A projector or older TV without apps can usually take a Fire TV Stick in its HDMI port. Otherwise, send the model number in Live Chat and the team names the right guide.
