Live Support
The quickest way to reach a person at IPTV Jacom is this chat. Type your mobile number and you are in: no account to create, no password to remember. Trials, logins, payment updates and setup steps all arrive in the same thread, in English or French.
Staffed every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET. Messages that arrive overnight are answered in the morning.

Quick security check
A team member is confirming your device. During support hours this takes a few minutes.
Start with what you need: a trial, help on a TV or stick, a transfer you sent, or a channel acting up. Replies appear right here.

Three taps
No app to download. The chat opens in the browser you are reading this in.
Leave +1 selected (or pick your country), type your ten-digit number and tap Start my chat. From then on that number is the key to your thread.
Tap a ready-made button (Free 24h trial, I sent my e-Transfer) or type the question your own way. A photo of the TV screen speeds things up when something looks wrong.
Replies land in the same window. Come back with the same number next month and the whole history is still there.
Linking support to a phone number means nobody asks you for an order number you cannot find or a password you forgot. One thread holds the trial login, the subscription details sent after payment, the confirmation that your Interac transfer was matched, and every setup step the team wrote for you.
Use a number that only you use. A family line works, but then everyone on it shares the thread. Knowing your number is not enough to read your messages: a new device always passes the security check first.
The conversation is encrypted in transit and visible only to you and the IPTV Jacom team. To recognise a browser you have used before, the chat stores a scrambled device code on that device; it holds no name, email or payment detail. The team never needs your bank login or card details, so treat any such request as fake. The privacy policy lists what is kept and for how long.
After your first message the browser may offer to show notifications from iptvjacom.ca. Accept and you hear about a reply while you are busy in the TV menus. You can switch it off in the browser settings at any time.

Sticks, smart TVs from every major brand, Apple devices, computers and MAG boxes, one menu at a time.
Tell the team your transfer is on its way. It is matched to your order number and the plan is switched on.
Name the channel and the time it froze. The stream is checked and a backup source or another server is offered.
Add months before the end date, go from one device to three, or move the login to a new TV.
Écrivez en français si vous préférez. The team switches language with you.
The team works every day, 9 a.m. until midnight ET. Inside those hours most messages are answered within a few minutes. Playoff nights and big fight cards are the exception: many people set up at once, so the queue moves a little slower.
Leave your message whenever it suits you. It sits in the thread until the team signs in at 9 a.m. Eastern. Meanwhile, try one of these:
FAQ
No sign-up at all. The chat only wants a mobile number: the first time it opens a fresh thread, and each later visit with that number brings the full history back, trial login included.
Your thread may hold your IPTV username and password, so an unfamiliar device has to show it is really you. The code arrives in the inbox linked to your order; if that inbox is out of reach, someone on the team can confirm you by hand. Expect about a minute, one time for each device.
It works, but a phone is far easier. Typing with a remote is slow. Keep the chat on your phone, follow each instruction with the remote in your other hand, and copy the login into the player app without retyping it.
You can call (905) 878-2725 during support hours for a quick question, and after you order your login can be sent to your WhatsApp as well as your email. For logins and setup the chat still works best: answers can be scrolled back and copied without typos, and email at help@supportiptv.ca reaches the same team.
Start a thread from the new phone and mention the previous number or the order number you received. Your history is moved across, and the TV login keeps working while that happens.
Scroll back to the chat at the top, type your number and send your question about trials, setup, payments or channels, in English or French.
