What is in the Full Channels package?

The Full Channels package holds every group on IPTV Jacom: Canadian national and local channels in English and French, sports, kids and family, US networks, 10 world-language groups, a 4K group and the on-demand library.

Canadian and local TV

National news and entertainment sit next to 7 groups of local stations, from the Golden Horseshoe and the Ottawa Valley to the Prairies, BC and Atlantic Canada. The guide follows your time zone, so a 6 p.m. newscast in Halifax shows at 6 p.m. Atlantic.

French and Quebec television

What is the difference between premium and standard IPTV?

At IPTV Jacom the difference is the channel list, not the quality of the stream. Premium is the Full Channels package: every group on the service, including French, Quebec and world-language TV and the full library of 250,000+ movies and series. Standard is the English Channels Only package, a shorter list for homes that watch in English. Both stream from the same servers, in the same picture quality, at the same price.

Does the premium package cost more?

No. The Full Channels package costs the same as the English one: $20 CAD for 1 month on one screen, up to $80 for 12 months, with more screens priced on the same table. You choose the package at checkout and the total does not change. You pay once by Interac e-Transfer and nothing renews by itself.

Is 4K part of the premium IPTV service?

Yes, where the broadcast itself exists in 4K. The Full Channels list has a 4K Ultra HD group, mostly sports and films, and the rest of the list streams in HD or Full HD. A 4K stream needs about 25 Mbps of steady internet and a 4K-capable TV or streaming device. On weaker Wi-Fi, the Full HD version of the same channel is the better pick. Can I switch from the full list to the English list later?

Yes. When you renew, pick the other package at checkout and choose Extend subscription, so the time is added to the same login. To change in the middle of a plan, ask in Live Chat with your username. Changing the package never changes your price or your end date.

Can I try the premium list before I pay?

Yes. The free 24-hour trial uses the full channel list, so it is the premium package in all but name. Test it in the evening on the TV you watch most, try a French or world-language group if your family uses one, and open the guide to check your local stations. No card or payment is needed.
