Order Cancellation
Order cancellation at IPTV Jacom is short work, because no plan renews by itself and nothing is billed a second time. You only need to contact us to undo an order you have already paid for. Each stage, from an unpaid order to a plan about to expire, is covered below. Effective 9 October 2026.
1. How order cancellation works
Each IPTV Jacom plan is a one-time Interac e-Transfer for a fixed number of months. No card is stored and no billing cycle exists, so there is never a recurring charge to stop. Cancelling matters in only two cases: money has already moved and you want it back, or you change your mind before your login is created. Where your order stands decides the outcome, and the table in section 10 lays it out.
2. Before you pay
Started checkout but never sent the e-Transfer? You owe us no message at all. Your order number, which begins with JAC, is held for 48 hours and then quietly expires if no payment shows up. Nothing is charged. If you were torn between two plans, a support agent in Live Chat can help you pick, and the IPTV plans and prices page sets every length and screen count side by side.
3. After payment, before activation
Sent the money, but no login yet? Then you can cancel for a full refund. Activation is the moment we create your login and send it to you, which usually happens 10 to 30 minutes after the payment is matched during support hours. Contact us as early as you can. If the login goes out before your message is read, the order counts as activated and section 4 takes over. A transfer sent late at night waits for the morning shift, which leaves room for second thoughts.
4. After activation
Once your login has been delivered, a cancellation becomes a refund request under the refund policy. First-time buyers have 7 days from activation of their first paid plan. Two reasons usually qualify: streams that still fail on a supported device after our team has helped, or a wrong plan that was never used. An approved refund switches the login off. Past day 7, or on a renewal, the plan just runs on to its end date.
5. Letting a plan end
Doing nothing is all it takes when a plan reaches its last day. The login stops on its end date, and no further payment can be taken because we never hold a card. A short reminder reaches you a few days ahead, giving you the choice to extend or walk away. To keep watching, buy any plan and pick Extend subscription at checkout, which adds the new months to the login already in your app.
6. Free trials
Nobody needs to cancel a free trial. It switches itself off 24 hours after the login is sent. Payment details were never requested, so nothing can be charged afterward. Decided early that it is not for you? Simply stop watching. Liked it? Order a plan whenever it suits you; trial rules sit on the free trial page.
7. Reseller panel requests
An unpaid request for a reseller panel can be withdrawn with one message, since nothing was charged. A panel that has been paid for but not yet loaded with credits can be cancelled for a full refund, the same as a regular order before activation. Credits already sitting in a panel cannot be cancelled or refunded. Anyone who bought a plan through a reseller, not from IPTV Jacom directly, should send the request to that reseller, who manages the login. Panel details are on the IPTV reseller program page.
8. What to put in your request
- the order number (JAC followed by six digits);
- the name and email address entered at checkout;
- who sent the e-Transfer and on what date;
- whether a login has already reached you;
- a short reason, if the login has already arrived.
Send it through Live Chat or to help@supportiptv.ca. Writing from the same email or phone number used at checkout lets us confirm the request really comes from you.
9. How long it takes
Cancellation requests are read and answered during support hours, usually on the same day. After approval, the refund leaves by Interac e-Transfer within 5 to 10 business days. ITLOGY LLC, the payment processor that received your payment for IPTV Jacom, sends it back to the account it came from. The terms and conditions cover the remaining rules around orders.
10. When you cancel and what happens
| When you cancel | What happens | Money back |
|---|---|---|
| Before sending payment | Nothing to do; the order number expires after 48 hours | Nothing was paid |
| After paying, before the login is sent | The order is cancelled and no login is created | Full refund |
| Within 7 days of activation (first paid plan) | Reviewed under the refund policy; the login is switched off if approved | Full or partial, when it qualifies |
| More than 7 days after activation | The plan keeps running to its end date | None |
| As the plan ends | Nothing to do; a reminder arrives, then the login stops | Not applicable |
| During a free trial | Nothing to do; the trial ends after 24 hours | Nothing was paid |
| Reseller credits already in a panel | The credits stay in the panel | None |
11. Order cancellation questions
Does my IPTV subscription keep charging me unless I cancel?
No. You pay for an IPTV Jacom plan a single time, by Interac e-Transfer, and it never renews, so no future charge exists to stop. Your login simply ends on its last day. A reminder arrives a few days before; ignore it if you are done, or buy a new plan and choose Extend subscription if you want to keep watching on the same login.
Can I cancel after I have sent the e-Transfer?
Yes. If your login has not been sent yet, the order is cancelled and the full amount comes back by Interac e-Transfer within 5 to 10 business days. Send the order number to Live Chat or to help@supportiptv.ca right away. Once the login has gone out, the request goes through the 7-day refund policy that covers first-time buyers.
Do I have to cancel the free trial?
There is nothing to cancel. The free trial runs for 24 hours and then switches itself off. It never asked for payment details, so no charge can follow. If you enjoyed it and want to continue, order a plan, then ask in Live Chat for help replacing the trial login with your paid one in the app you already set up.
Can I drop some screens and keep my plan?
Yes, within the first 7 days of a new customer's first paid plan. Ask to move to a lower screen count, and the team may refund the price difference, decided case by case. After those 7 days, the screen count stays as ordered until the plan ends. At your next extension you can choose anywhere from 1 to 5 screens again.
Changing your mind about an order?
Drop your order number into Live Chat. A support agent checks where the order stands and tells you what happens next, in English or French.
